And on the cyclist problems I am one and have never found a need to ride of pavements fail to observe ATS or fail to comply with other regs. I have had words with those who do on a few occasions with no effect- I console myself with the knowledge the same people in many cases drive cars and motorbikes and jump ambers, obstruct pavements,play car music at 130plus decibels, throw rubbish out the car/van windows, speed etc etc And how about introducing the French(wash my mouth out)! reg that states you have to give a cyclist a meter and a half when you pass them in a vehicle-one for you Trikey.
