Default their off

thanks to a new impact socket(17mm) whole can of plus gas, extra long socket wrench, a blow torch, and lots of brute force the offending wheel bolts are out without snapping or rounding off. I think a gorilla must have tightened them.
God knows how long ago, and previous owner, (S) and tyre fitters have given up on them. all the wheel paint inside the rim has flaked off, the brake pads are almost down to metal and there must be 10 years of road dirt to clean off. So guess what this fella will be doing to pass the lockdown time.
