Having played the game myself with off roaders, I know how easy it is to do serious damage to yourself, from a minor off.
I didn't take my motorbike test until I was 31, by which time I had seen a few friends come a cropper, and again how easily you could get bitten by the bike.
I'm pleased I wasn't allowed one in my youth, or I would have ended up like the others.
Obviously in this case the poor man was riding sensibly, and the other road user was at fault.
The trouble is with motorbikes, once you have had one, and enjoyed it, the thrill of riding one never leaves you, they are addictive.
