They actually admitted to him once he had paid them for it that they have so many coming back that they are encouraged to sell them to the person handing it back even if it means selling it at a discounted price.
He listed it on Ebay the following week and made a small profit without having to spend a penny other than putting a new MOT on it that it passed with not even an advise even though Ford wanted new tyres fitted.
I hear of so many people having these kind of problems once there lease deal has come to an end it makes you wonder why people still do it. Not that I have any intention of buying one but when you see the deals available on 2 and 3 year old cars I personally would take this option unless I win the lottery.
