Yeah its a really old thread I think... its the ambient lighting that comes with a lot of new cars.. 2 LEDs fittid into the black part on interior light so that it gives a slight glow over the centre console area.. think it would look good

Think if it is slightly recessed it would look good so you cant see rhe source of the light kind of thing
