Many thanks for the replies, it is still under warranty, but the repair company said it will be the second week in June before they could come out. I got a local repair man to come out today. He found nothing wrong as I should have had the dryer running for about an hour to get it hot, thats when it makes the noise. I forgot about that. Her indoors is ordering a new dryer at the end of the month. Thanks again everyone. John.
