mss, re read what you posted and then consider how what you have posted reflects on said company.
You seem to be inferring that because said company received a negative comment or information from their web site was used to source parts elsewhere for less, they have removed useful information from their web site. Have you evidence to support that?
I view your post as negative about the said company, in fact I consider it more negative then a negative post about P&P, lol
I'll also add that many companies web sites are checked for price and perhaps a customer may go else where because its cheaper.
