In our experience the pipes themselves don't get blocked it's only the duckbills at the end behind each wheel arch which will need trimming off.

Then carry out Steve's mod with the 4 connectors.
We use four 2" pieces of standard hose pipe which works well.

Then test all 4 drains with water and watch it come out behind the arch liners.

Job done
