No it's an MOT pass from the completely impartial DSA in Northern Ireland where the VTS is government run and not open to the sort of abuses that can happen in mainland VTS John...........anyway if you have an MOT pass without advisories it can also mean the car which is being presented for test has actually had a dose of looking at first.
A point in question are generally my own fleet, I know what the MOT man is looking to inspect, and ensure that in addition to normal servicing, the car is checked thoroughly prior to being presented.
Of course the inspection is only as good as the diligence of the person carrying out the test, as in every walk of life there will be people who are more capable than others in carrying out work in their chosen profession.
