Hi Charles, the problem is proved from the reports you gave from the questions pab and I asked The operation of the relay proves the horn buttons are working, the fact the bonnet open does not work shows that the two faults have one thing in common, and that is that the circuit to the horn and the bonnet open switch is not connecting usually from the connector on the loom, I can only surmise you cannot see the correct connection or the wire is chaffed somewhere. It sounds like A BUMPER OFF JOB TO DOUBLE CHECK
