Hi Mike.
Yes the same engine that smashed the cam followers, no sooner i took the cam cover off.

You could see the cam followers were smashed.

Chain was in tact and could see no damaged to it, when discussed with Brian the only conclusion we could come to it and thrown the timing out somehow.

Also took the head off.
