As these cars get older, I tend to think condition becomes more important than spec. Ok, this is a fairly basic example but look how nice & original it looks.
There are still plenty of later cars about if you want something highly spec'ed or want to add bits to your taste.
But tidy, early cars are getting a bit thin on the ground now, I'd say it's worth every penny
