Thank you, Arctic. I certainly will do some investigating, cleaning, maintaining and such. The first thing will be the plenum drains. Then, yes, the stuff you mentioned and checking hose condition. I will thank you in advance for your tutorials that I will surely be following! I am really hoping the clutch will still have some decent life left - 188,000 kms is not so much these days. Hopefully a tweak to 160 won't make it start slipping.

BUT, this summer is all about reliable running and re-introducing Slovakia to my wife after 20 years away. So, minimum car work (hopefully) this trip and proper car work starting the next trip.
