Regarding the rear bush bolts, if you're prepared to remove the anti-roll bar saddle clamps (rusty screws in a confined space with poor visibility) then you can get a proper socket and torque wrench on those bolts!
Suspension is fun isn't it.

Simon. I never went near the roll bar. and used a flat 18mm spanner. Very easy to undo and do up.---
With the help of a 18 inch length of alloy scaffold tube to give some leverage.--
