As TC says pressurisation in a cold system indicates HGF - so give her a 10/15 minute thrash at motorway speeds - leave her overnight then open the expansion tank cap - if you get a clear audible hiss of escaping gas it points to HGF as exhaust gas is in the coolant system - also smell the expansion tank to see if there are are exhaust fumes present.

Finally have you lost any coolant at all ?
