Default Turbo noise (non Rover)

Hi All,

I'm hoping that the more knowledgable here can help/explain.

Our Sedona has developed a turbo whistle noise. My first though was exhaust flexi on the front. Mechanic had a look and said the exhaust is fine. (15 years old!!).

There is no loss of power/performance, which suggests that the hoses between the air intake/intercooler and the turbo are fine.

The mechanic said it could be coming from the turbo, possibly a worn bearing. just leave as it's fine.

Where is/could the noise coming from?

Steve
