Well, there is some good reasons for that! For instance:
Of course there will be changes, and even big ones, but look at the people who are desperately trying to force the issue with lies and prophesies of doom: the very people who are continually being accused of lying, corrupt practices and having no experience of the real world!
They talk about an exit negotiation period of at least two years. Eh? What’s to negotiate? If an Out vote ensues do we have to negotiate that? No way, Out is Out.
That’s the trouble with lying – you have to maintain it and they get bigger by the minute. The £9million brochure that we paid for, front cover “The Facts”! No, they were all kinds of things but facts they were not.
There cannot be one person in the UK that doesn’t want to be told ‘facts’ so as to make a rational decision but still they keep (t)rolling out guesswork. Reminds me of The Lone Ranger’s mask – covers the eyes but there’s no mistaking the face.
So far it’s all been about money, important yes, but there are other, just as important, principles. Obama made reference to ‘the war dead’. Sickeningly, appallingly bad taste trying to appeal to those painful memories still held by so many all over Europe and completely oblivious to the sentiments of the public. Yes, you are right, they are treating the public as children.
