if the cams are getting replaced then I think you'll need to check if cam locking tools are required to complete that job. The chain sprockets do not have keys or splines but are held in position by their bolts iirc. It is torqued up first to (I can't remember then plus and angle ) - buts its pretty tight.
Similar modus operandi to the bottom pulley on teh 75 diesel and we've read aplenty on here how tight that bolt is.
