Hi Arctic,

I managed to get a genuine Bosch unit today complete with gasket set and the larger O-ring, just under £110 . Bosch don't supply any of that even tho it's poor practice to re-use the originals.

I won't be doing the work, I'll get our mechanic to do the dirty stuff as I don't fancy getting under the car on the drive atm. Andy did mention about removing the starter motor, but thanks for the thought.

Apparently the 'tip' is actually a very fine filter.
