I use a wax (G3 Super Paste as it happens) as a final finish, usually over SRP, and use a QD, Megs Last Touch, on subsequent washes.
I’ve recently won best in class in another forum’s virtual car show, so mine can’t be too shabby, but I’d like to get it even better!

I use the Sonax much in the same way as you're using Megs Last Touch - as a naintenance coat for the wax as it has great beading properties
. Nothing wrong with Last Touch though, it's another great product and smells amazing
.
