John-I will start with your last 2, 1. Yes I was and so were a lot of others- I can remember. 2. Yes and my wisdom did increase with age. Wise after the event. No I was was wise before the event, enquiry and investigation, we all do it but dont realise it and Most? Many? Some? people were aware of the many problems. First point. He is journalist and after some years of nature type programmes discovered a way of presenting it in a catchy manner - he is not the messiah just a voice over, a talking head, and what is most reprehensible he uses terror/doom and aims it at children.
