Isle of Wight has gone from 1 to 4 in a couple of weeks,so it shows the Tier system is ,why not just lock us all down until this virus is defeated,and make the rules less complicated ie in Tier 4

Travelling to go fishing is a reasonable excuse ,the mind boggles
