Thanks for the reply, that's amazing really appreciate the time you've taken on that.

Your synopsis of my testing and results is spot on.

As soon as we get a nice weekend I'll take the front end off and have a look and PM you. Hopefully it will be this week as it's Easter but looking at the weather forecast I fear it may not be.

For now, indeed this morning, I took the 80A fuse out as I think our climate at the moment is hardly aligned to aggravating overheating so fingers crossed it'll be OK.
