Evening all, Gawd! what a day, The next two streets along have been closed off due to flooding, There are six houses there with water ingress above the skirting boards & the north west water board tankers have been coming & going all afternoon to pump out the water.
I've just about got the garage dry....ish again after spending the whole day bailing that out
It's pretty much a lost cause these days whereas prior to the last 12 months it only flooded once every three years or so.
I've just managed to prise the missus debit card out of her little mitts & ordered a wet vac off the bay.
I was going to have a hot bath but I'm too knackered for that so I've opened a bottle of Henry's to null the back pain
