+1 for Comma Flush Out.

Works a treat.

I've used various "additives" before draining also.

Whether using a flush or not I'd definitely change the oil & filter. I'd be doing the fuel filter, the air filter and probably the pollen filter as well. Oh, and a brake fluid change.
