I will follow up on the comment about Timpsons having a machine that can clone the transponder, that sounds like a good way to go. Failing which, looks like I will need to buy a transponderand visit someone with a T4/ability to program a new key. Or just live with one key...
Cloning the transponder definitely isn't the way to go. There is a rolling code so if you clone it the other will fall out of sync. I have offered in my post above to program a transponder.

I have the full ability to program complete keys and provide all the parts. I also have a T4.
