I think you will find most parts for the 75 / ZT are made in China as is the case for most manufacturers these days.
We are lucky really that SAIC continued to produce the MG7 as it is basically the 75 panel wise so new panels are available.
As for the 2.5 KV6 ,engine parts still available via Landrover or the diesel engine,parts still available via BMW.
I noted that some Rover badges I got recently were made in France but I think they were NOS (new old stock)
Sadly alot of the replacement parts are not the quality of the original parts but I dont think that is just confined the Rovers / MGs as alot of makes replacement parts are not what they were quality wise.
I found a company in Asia called Fiacom Pty Ltd who manufacture just about every part required for a range of cars including the Rover 75 but only sell parts in quantities-probably to the Rimmers etc of the world.
