Hi folks,

I have been having problems connecting total my car. It is a 2002 Rover 75, 2.5 L V6 and I am in Australia.

I have it connecting to the COM port on the computer but when I pushed the scan button. It starts reading but get halfway through the read and opens a page with provision for the Vin number et cetera but no data is filled in. If I push individual components scan it says the cannot find the component. I have jumped pin number seven and eight, so it isn't that.

Does anybody have any suggestions where I can go from here? I am using a Windows 10 laptop.
