I'm doing a full suspension renewal myself at the moment and thought that the only part I couldn't get was the rear subframe failsafe washers (even though I was sure I had got some from somewhere a few years ago). Low and behold, I found them earlier this week - and they've been left with my mechanic for fitting. These are fairly rudimentary circular washers - with a flat profile across approx. 82mm diameter (not sure that the curved edge serves much of a purpose). I should think you could get any thick gauge steel plate cut to do precisely the same job, so don't worry too much about not finding the original parts.

If 82mm is across the flat section, what's the overall diameter Karl (inc the curved section)?
PS. Did you manage to find the washer
* that goes with the damper to trailing arm bolt?
