You could try to see if it will move, once sealant is removed. The roof can be moved manually using an allen key in the bottom of the motor case, once you have removed the switch console.. I have a spare entire lamp console including the sunroof switch if you want to replace yours. have just replaced the motor on mine (it blew during ice last winter) and now all is well. good luck
