I have used both pressure washers and hose pipes BUT make sure that electrical stuff is well protected.
As for actual products I'm a fan of Car Chem as they are an independent manufacturer based in Nottingham so I'm supporting a small UK firm which I like to do. And their stuff is good.
Try something like Total Clean, diluted down (
