It really won't do Maninder having the foresight to book preventative maintenance with a local, experienced club member and then claiming perfection at the MOT bay.

Simon - I've gone and done the wrong thing again.
Had two new tyres on the front last week as the existing ones were down to about 2.5mm - 3mm of tread. The rears - Pirelli P7 - are about 6mm. The new front tyres are Avon ZV7 and almost as quiet as when the previous P7's at the front were new.
This morning I took the car to the trusted local garage for 4-wheel alignment. The front needed adjustment, which is not a surprise after the new suspension components.
The car drives really well.
