Talking of stress Richard, how do you relieve yours? I was chatting to a local Psychiatrist, nice chap. He took a year off from work to de stress with a new hobby, he learned to play the Clarinet and “Stranger on the Shore”.
What about learning an instrument? I visited Jeff a few times and in his house he demonstrated his love for playing the organ.
When I get stressed, I go for a walk, but I realise it’s not always convenient.
