As far as I am aware, you need to pair 3 components: IPK, LCM and EWS.
IPK is easy to read and modify, you can read the chip with some tool like XPROG, OBD cable like INPA, or even digiprog. But I'm not sure how to update VIN.
LCM is also easy to update.
EWS I have no experience on that.
