Kitchenaid Stand Mixer
Have a Kitchenaid 5KSM150 stand mixer which has performed excellently for years. However, the last couple of times I've used it its started off painfully slow, put the speed switch to position 1 and it barely turns, even "stalls" as the mix thickens, have to put the speed switch to position 3 to achieve what was position 1 speed? It'll run slowly for several minutes before the speed suddenly picks up to normal.
I've looked online but can't find any clues, emailed Kitchenaid but no response to date. Anybody got one and had a similar problem?
