Thanks Rich, Andy, Rod, Bob, AndyNO1 & Colin, Good advice I'll see what the insurance assessor guy has to say tomorrow, The place is still wet & like a bomb site so I think a chippy tea tonight as I cant be bothered cooking besides I'm cream crackered & I think an early night tonight.
That'll be a bummer Rich if you have to self isolate with so much work on.
