You are right Paul, we met on the moors at the Lion Inn, Blakey Ridge and spent a long weekend in Whitby for the first time. The car park at the Inn was large and the one by the abbey was even larger! We also enjoyed the famous northern hospitality we had heard so much about! Whitby was picturesque - an understatement.
