On my run tonight to work all seemed good.
Ran mostly at 88c .
Left to cool for a few hours popped out .
Only to find coolant around the header tank.
So problem still not solved. Again it looks like it hits the 100c and when fan kicks in coolant over flows.
Hopefully replacement cap will be here tomorrow. See
What that does.
Wonder if the release valve on the old cap is faulty.
Rings on the old cap are new so not much else to change.
