You need to replace the clip by the lock pin with a Fir Tree type clip, loads on ebay search for "Rover 75 door clip" and make sure it is a Fir Tree type!!
Often these get replaced with a normal clip which cause the door card to pull away form the frame. Since I replaced mine the door cards are tight and rattle free.
