This is what the manifold & EGR looked like which I swapped over at the last meet, how was the engine ever breathing properly
answer is it wasn't.
The owner certainly went home with an engine that could now breath better, and would run better, add a change of PCV filter as well & the car will have thanked him back in MPG.

Look how the entrance of the manifold as closed up through the nasty black tar that was chocking the engine.

PCV filter were hard to the touch on both the cars that they were removed from.
