Hi Paul.
personally i would say it should take no longer that 30 minutes maybe less depending on how you go about it.

Some may remove the wheel and peel back the wheel arch liner.

I myself would remove the front bumper, 10 minutes drain the washer bottle, fit new pump re-fil 10 minutes, refit bumper the other 10 minutes.

Of cause you could take longer by inspecting any wires that can chaff and cover them, also check anything else such as the intercooler O-rings.
