There are three problems, one is that the bolts drop down from above, with a bit of restricted space due to the steering rack but not too bad, the second is rust, but several doses of your favourite rust remover should help, the third is that they are far too long than they need to be and winding the rusted bolt seems to take ages, other than that not too bad.
