Mine unfortunately failed on corroded sills, i think the drivers side front was damaged by our local tyre fitter (it had been previously patched by former owner) with a further area behind rear jacking point with a small hole. Other side rear had corrosion same place but no hole. I had great difficulty finding a welder to sort it, none of our local garages do welding anymore (!!) but I found a guy who 'does welding in his spare time' for the local garages and he sorted it out for just £100. I havent seen the work yet as he finished it today but MOT is next Tuesday so fingers crossed!
