As already said, but the key internal difference is that the 190 engine has higher lift camshafts which supposedly contribute to the higher performance. Unless you're doing a belt/water pump overhaul at the same time, swapping the whole engine is the obvious route. However, don't forget that the 190 also has larger front brakes.......
