This is a genuine factory T4 diagnostics carried out by a factory trained technician.
Apart from standard fault code reading it does lots more, including checking working condition of fans, reprogramming etc.
As it is the genuine item, there are no worries about corruption of the systems on your car, which can easily happen with the systems which are currently under 'development' by spurious other traders.
More importantly, it is not just plugging the machine in and letting it do the work, diagnosis also needs to be carried out by a professional who has had the correct training on the equipment. Our chief technician was fully trained on a two day course at Longbridge. He also has contact with Stuart House, originally from Rover Longbridge, if anything strange comes up.
The full diagnostics takes approx. an hour on a while you wait service, and the technician is quite happy to go through the test with the customer present.
Booking is required, as we need to make the appropriate time slot in the workshop.
