I'd aim for somewhere between 1,000 and 1,200 rpm Rhys. Because this is tiresome for ten whole minutes, I tend to give it bursts of fast idle.

Flush Out in the garage ready for use and I've just checked the instructions. Comma no longer specifies half the sump capacity on the carton so you could use more if you want to.
