They certainly do, as there is no mention of half filling the engine on their TDS.
It states:
1.When engine is warm, drain used oil.
2.Replace sump plug and refill with FLUSH OUT.
3.Start engine and fast idle for 10 minutes.
4.Drain and refill with fresh motor oil.
Their website also states:
Minimise contact with engine oil. 
There is no mention, however, of how to get rid of the residual FLUSH OUT, contaminating the fresh oil.
