Even if you go for the 160 re-map you dont have to use the extra performance it gives you, But if you need to use it it is there. Makes overtaking a lot easier and less "Shall I, Shant I"moments . And another plus is if you do drive sedately you can get more MPG.
It also makes the car the car it should have been from the beginning Before BMW made them de-tune it so it didnt compete with their 3series
