Maybe try bleeding the clutch hydraulics. Once set you shouldn't need to adjust the switches at all, but a bit of air in the clutch circuit may cause the pedal to not return to the same place each time, although there is a spring that assists the pedal to return once it nears the top, I've had the pedal not quite go back fully with air in the circuit.
