Those are called headers all the wires will be the same colour in each one, one of those will be the reverse switch wire it's where I patched in my auto dim mirror.

Edit: I think the white block with all the green/brown wires in it is the reverse switch wires.

Thanks for clearing that up John. I have no idea what that means but I know to leave them alone.
